Sync your clicks

Press and hold the button for 5 seconds to send your current click count to the leaderboard.

Your click device needs a saved Wi-Fi connection and an assigned mio. If a QR code stays on the screen, connect your click to Wi-Fi and check the mio assigned to it in your account.

Away from Wi-Fi? Keep clicking. Your click device keeps count on its own, and it sends everything when you sync back on a saved Wi-Fi network.

If a sync fails

Move closer to your Wi-Fi router or hotspot, then try again.

Your click also needs enough battery to connect to Wi-Fi. If the screen asks for USB power, plug it in, let it charge, and try the sync again.
